If one takes the time to read the Emeco Employees (and NEDS) Share Trading Policy you will clearly see that there are circumstances that prevail that allows the sale of shares within the non-trading period as long as it can be proven that there is existing financial hardship (like a margin call) and it is approved by the Chairman. Seems Mr Fitton might not have read the Employees Share Trading Policy properly. IMHO...something is brewing and its not that tasty.
