And this is what "The Ferret" says about the placement and recent price rises, sales and conversions by directors, "BRANDRILL (BDL), which was recently queried over a rise from 1.5c to 3.2c, and said it could not explain the rise, last night announced a placement of 39 million shares with "two private investors" at 1.5c a share, raising a gross $585,000. Total shares on issue will climb to 366 million."
Need I say any more? I am sure none of the directors knew that there was negotiation going on at the time they sold or converted. Others might not be so convinced.
