Does anyone think this is a bit rich considering nothing is proven up and there is NO money coming in? Seems a little excessive to me.



Managing Directors’ Remuneration
The total current annual base remuneration of Mr Phillips is $400,000.
Mr Phillips is also entitled to reimbursement of all reasonable travelling, accommodation and other
expenses properly incurred in the course of the Company’s business. The Company can at its
discretion meet the cost, and currently does meet the cost of, life insurance and income protection
insurance to all employees, including Mr Phillips. Other than as set out in this Notice, Mr Phillips does
not receive any other emoluments.
