    When are companies going to stop diluting existing holders.

    Now they propose to put Alan on a new incentive plan. He already is well paid and as he is a major shareholder doesn't he already have an incentive.

    Its getting to the stage where we will probably have to give incentives other than salary just to get these guys to turn up to work.

    Sorry if I've picked UNI as I know there are many other companies that are far worse.
