the directors and their associates are the ones pushing the price down for their own accumulation. They have pushed the stock down to a price they feel is right. They aren't paying a cent over the top.
Funny how the 19 cent cap for the rights issue means absolutely stuff all when personal wealth and greed get in the way. Fuk the shareholders, I'm looking after number 1. Funny that.............................
