I see the off market transfer by a Director of 3m shares as being very positive.
There was still 2 years to go before the options needed to be exercised but clearly it has been seen prudent to pay the money now and transfer shares to a more tax effective environment prior to production starting and the share price moving north.
All guess work but that is my 10c worth.
