Onshow, as I said a few days back, the sellers are likely the option holders. $5M to be raised, most likely through sales of shares.
Coates were in the boat and explains why they sold 6M on market. It doesn't explain the large off market sale though. It would seem they were approached by who ever has been accumulating of the past month.... IMHO.
