abit more about CM and its ties with ADO

excerpt from Financial review a few months back.

Carrie Hillyard, a co-founder of venture capital group CM
Capital - which invests on behalf of funds such as Westscheme Superannuation and ING Private Capital - backed Maeji's technology. CM Capital injected several million dollars in the early days and says part of the attraction is the enthusiasm shown by Maeji. "He is a great scientist," Hillyard says. "When we did our original reference checks the whole industry was positive about him. They said when he started something, he got it done"

doubt it would be profit taking too.
    1. CM co has supported ADO since 2005 when it all started.
    2. on their website (business approach):

CM Capital's underlying philosophy is to create value in the companies in which we invest. We are uniquely placed to assist Australian companies successfully globalise their technology. We do this by helping them build successful Australian businesses and then use our knowledge of the North American markets and extensive US-based networks to assist them penetrate these markets. We also assist them gain access to the North American capital markets.

the 6mil on market and 17mil off market transfer, was just enough to elicit a "cease as a major shareholder" notice. so even if there were to be further selling/transfering from CM, the market wouldnt be informed.

i reckon we wouldnt know unless we see a change in substantial holding notice from a new holder.

who. we can only speculate now. keen on find out more.
