Sparkler, i dont know what the hell your on about ? Do you mean Joanne sold with frustration that the other directors didnt understand how dangerous a consolidation could be, and she sold prematurely b4 they recanted ?
A director has just sold for about 10.5c nearly 40% of their holdings, forget the bull about the 25c options mid july, atm their worthless and almost certainly will also be by expiry mid july.
Would they really have done this if their was some near term upside ?(and not a possible cap/rais on the agenda)
Why sell so many ? Why not pay interest at ?% ?
