17 for 1 reverse split prices aussie IPO pre split shares at $.353US or 45 AUS cents. Seems like reasonable risk/reward with shares currently 25AUS cents.

Downside is directors have had a gravy train for 20+ years without really value adding much to long suffering share holders. Also large increase in remuneration for them assuming share holder approval of IPO and AMEX listing.
