Martin Rogers (Biotech Entrepreneur according to his bio) has an interesting track record of pump and dump such as Prima. He raised capital like crazy for this and at one time had a Market Cap of $300M. He left in 2011 and the current Market Cap is now $77m with many investors getting smacked. He sounds like the perfect man for OSL - pump and raise - abandon ship when he sees the writing on the wall - look for next project. I am happy to be corrected here but this company is starting to smell - not contributors like cafa and the vegetable.
