Unfortunately for JT he probably needs to cut his losses -
CQT to buy those shares with the cash it has in reserves. We've known GF's intentions all along - otherwise it wouldn't have entered into a JV. I would like a buy-out some stage as well but off a base of $3.85 rather $0.385.
If I had the money I'd buy that 10% with the drop of a hat.

This will enter a legal battle. CQT needs to mimick what BMN is doing (& they have a Director with 10% stake which is being sold off). JT can then spend the next 12mths working out how he gets his shares back. But the damage is already done.
