Mate to be honest I'm not really sure. there just seems to be a lack of transparency. maybe its because they are busy or what ever absolute worst case they are been dodgy.
I all seriousness though if they are been dodgy they are wide open for litigation and investigation.
I just got a reply from ASX and they will let me know soon once they have investigated further.
