If the resolution would be added all people who want to be elected would have to provide a statement about their qualifications and intentions as well as their possible contributions which would be announced to the market with those resolutions to enable sh to vote for or against them.
Of course you don't know much / anything about me, but what did you know about all the other directors who got appointed. This is not to topple the board, it is to hold them accountable or as the phrase goes to " ...keep the bastards honest! "
Again, it is not about me, it is a suggestion to improve sh relations and to get a better understanding of what's really going on.
If you want to nominate someone else or yourself, go for it.
