If directors buy shares, does it mean that a stoc a a long term future?

    Wouldn't directors be biased anyway?

Remember how many shares directors and management had in ABC learning? What ever happened to that company? Is it still trading on the ASX?

The question I would like answered is why aren't Instos buying yet? Wouldn't that be a more appropriate question? Maybe Instos aren't allowed to buy at this stage as ESI doesnt meet their investment criteria?

To answer the opening post's question:

Firstly, John and Dennis have bought shares a long time ago when the share price was over 10c. Secondly, both directors participated in the SPP a couple years ago.

Secondly, ever since Dave Woodall joined the company he made it very clear at his inaugural AGM speech that he will never buy any shares in the company as long as he is a director as he doesnt believe it is right. He stated that directors need to earn their shares via performance ...rather than buy shgares on market.

Insteresting to note that no director has ever bought any shares on market since Dave made that public statement almost 3 years ago.

Hoefully we can now put an end to this issue.
