It has a big bearing on THX. Your statement of "but THX are(nt ((I assume you meant))) mining anything. No profit no tax." is hard for me to understand because isnt that the whole goal for THX? To make a whopping profit??
Now how it will affect THX I do not know for sure but "WHEN" the tax come in, profits made by companies such as thx, like most companies will be rerated thus SP will be rated according to profit/asset. Or not so much a rerate but we may not see the golden highes we were hoping to.
I agree it is pandamonium at the moment and it will settle some. You dont think it will come in - I do. Lot more peasents happy to get an extra $50 than those with a serious buck! TV polls mean crap.
We have rogue governments on both sides and all I hope for is the big mining companies show big balls and bring this country to its knees for a few months!
