What do people think about giving Mr Cockerill 120 million options - converted at 0.005

Lets hope there is some decent action going on in the background !

Lets be fair he wont be converting them until we are at least past 1c or higher because the risk would be too high If the SP dropped back down.

The purpose of the grant of the Incentive Options to Mr Cockerill is for the Company to retain a technical director of high
calibre and to provide cost effective remuneration to Mr Cockerill for his ongoing commitment and contribution to the
Company.

he Board does not consider that there are any significant opportunity costs to the Company or benefits foregone by the
Company in issuing the Incentive Options upon the terms proposed. If the Incentive Options are not granted, the Company
could pay Mr Cockerill additional cash remuneration. However, the Board considers it reasonable for the remuneration of

Mr Cockerill to have a cash component and an equity component to further align Mr Cockerill’s interests with Shareholders and
maintain a better cash position for the Company.
