presumable these where given as employee benefits.
again presumably MK has some also.
Does anyone know if any action can be taken to cancel these option?
Another company i'm involved with has at various times issued statements explaining certain options have been canceled because the employee no longer works for the company. Whats the rules and reg's in regard to these type of director options?
