First of all there is only 55m shares on issue. It is hard to buy shares from market. From memory, they are only allowed to buy x number of days after a report(not sure if it is final and mid report only). Personally, I believe they should not hold shares of a company as it can be a confict of interest, where they should report something bad, they will mask it with something else.
