I am struggling to find the corporate governance on what KPI's are used for management reward, namely actually delivering the feasibility study.
Their announcement from 24/6/20 stated the study is due in Q1 CY2021. The latest activity report states Q2 CY2021. If I recall correctly, this study has been promised for around 2+ years now.
I understand exploration constantly evolves a resource and changes how the study plays off. However, if the study is not being completed as committed in announcements, I feel it could rock investor confidence.
Long term this is always going to be a good thing. I would however like to see a heavily deflated financial reward for directors if the study is not delivered by end of H1.
My questions are:
1 - Do feasibility studies always take this long/blow out on delivery dates - How does this compare to similar gold explorers? 2 - Can anyone find the KPI's for board bonuses? - I recall the announcement, but can't find it now.
