    David Herlihy - 600000 shares
    Andy Rigg - 300000 shares
    Peter Barrow - 200000 shares
    John Armstrong - 500000 shares
    to be issued at $0.115 per share.
    I had to buy mine on the market.
    I have also participated in various rights issue over the years at up to $0.23 per share.

    Good news in one way. It means that after the issue a healthy run on the share price would be guaranteed.

    But on balance it is a sham, a disgrace, an insult to shareholders, and it must be voted down.
