Insider trading has got to be the most gray area in the whole of investing. I mean, every director who ever purchases shares will be "insider trading" by default of being an insider.
The chance that the directors of CCC know of things coming up that we don't is 100%. As long as they purchase shares it is a positive.
As I have thought this through I am not really concerned about the price sensitive thing, I am just looking for them to keep buying up as 500,000 means very little to me...
