Anyways, taking it back a step, they next need to get their petition in to the TGA, to give themselves a chance to swing the bat. That application was slated for this month. Given they advised the market of this intent only 1 month ago, it'll be confidence shattering if they fail to make it. Assuming this is critical path and the product is developed / on track for development, if TGA app isn't complete this month, I will sell before July, take the tax loss, wait for the inevitable CR and potentially take another look around Christmas.
ps - on that note about 'key milestones on the way to Airsonea in Q3', I'd like to remind the committee they promised V1.1 in December for release in Jan. Hello April.
