Can anyone enlighten me as to what value Paul Bitetto has added...

Can anyone enlighten me as to what value Paul Bitetto has added as a director to the company. Apparently he hasn't been at presentations the company has done and I don't see his skills/experience matching that required by a mining exploration company. He's asking for re-election and for more options to be issued to him but I only believe in having people on boards that add value. The company shouldn't be wasting money and issuing options just for the sake of it. Only re-elect if they are adding genuine value.
