What on earth are you talking about. Read the annual report which is where these figures are all from. None of it is from option exercise. The options/shares that are given have a value which is priced using a binomial pricing model at the time and added to the cash payments. This is what those numbers represent.
Even on a cash basis this is way too much for this company and its performance
