For that sort of remuneration someone such as Loxton needs to step up and say "I screwed up on production" - because the reasoning for poor production and letting inventory run out offered by the quarterly report was quite frankly offensive to anyone with half a brain. They had a handful of non-productive days and claim that influenced sales to the tune of 44% growth instead of 100%.

You would think that the person who was in charge of production - Wayne Loxton - would have worked out that you can make these little eggs and store them for a rainy day. Loxton should be more like a squirrel than a Beaver. He has to go. Period.
