Is the board remuneration policy or documents clear and transparent and available for scrutiny by shareholders ?
There is a difference between Directors fees and executive remuneration so what payments are these Directors entitled to under the changed circumstances of the Company and are these payments subject to Shareholder scrutiny or investigation by ASIC ?
