    Hi Folks,

    This is an interesting development! How will the option holders fare in a merger ? +$40 M offer puts OIPO in the money and potentially doubles the shares on the market. Do ESG need another $50 M ?
    Please excuse my ignorance. I watch OIP and ESG from the sidelines. I hold AOE, BOW, VPE and WCL. Can’t hold them all ! Though I’d love too.
