Nice to see some fresh blood will be coming onto the Board. I would like to see a bit more turnover given the failed strategies and false starts this company has had over the past 10 years or more. The share price says it all.
Now we find that they can't recover $1.6 million owed to then on one of their projects! This looks like poor management to me.
This is a board that has shown little regard to shareholders. The company badly needs to merge with a bigger player so shareholders funds can be deployed in a better business (one that makes money!). If directors truly represented the shareholders they would be doing something about it. It all seems a bit too cosy for them - collecting directors fees, meeting to discuss interesting technology - but never making anything for the shareholders.
