    Multi...

He did not sell any shares...it was an indirect transaction, once again from the parent company.

Further, it was an off-market transfer...and judging by the size of it (just 20,000 shares), is more likely a beneficial transfer in lieu of payment for something.

About $6,600 worth a last nights close.

The parent still has some 4.5m shares to off-load at some point, as part of the seeding of the float process...so we do not need to be surprised when they do.

I suspect some smartie-pants saw this as an opportunity recently to run the stock down in the hope the parent would keep selling...but as we now know, the parent has stopped selling recently.

If they sit on their hands now, say only selling above 40c, those who have sold down and generated churn in recent sessions, in an attempt to keep the stock under pressure, willl eventually be forced to by their stock back.

Been very quiet on the news front, I suspect by design...but now the IPO seems a done deal, it may well be GUJ's time for some effort?

Perhaps the resignation of the Alternate Director can be viewed as a flag to this process.

    Cheers!
