    Transcor director leaving could mean a few things:

    1. Transcor getting ready to takeover EPG
    2. Asset sale of Gazonor to Transcor
    3. Transcor to convert notes and take majority stake in EPG

    Can anybody think of anything else to add? In any case, i don't believe Moulin will accept an offer below his break even entry price which was ~20c a share.
