For those who can't be bothered finding out, the director to resign was Paul Choiselat, citing 'personal reasons'.

HSP may as well come out and admit they've got something seriously wrong with the integrity of the reporting of their finances.

With close regard to the way the profit downgrade was worded, and now the resignation of their Audit Committee Chairman, i'm certain there's more bad news to come, especially about the 14 ex-RHC/Affinity hospitals.
