My thoughts were that he was the last standing board member from the old board. Maybe a potential roadblock in a takeover?
In any event at least all the prior fraudulent execs have now been washed out. Hopefully onward and upwards and rebuilding some SH value for all those who got the wool pulled over their eyes with BVS.
