Who is promoting this Company?
The key component to defending a takeover attempt would be to value add the asset through progress reports on infrastructure, resources, potential offtake agreements etc etc, not through shareholder dilution in stock and price. Unbelievable.
A market cap of $145M (110M shares x $1.32)equates to a resource price per tonne of $1.66 (87mt), well below the industry average of ~$4.
Disgraceful performance by the Directors.
