Unbelievable, instead of informing the market in regards to progress reports on infrastructure, resources, potential offtake agreements etc etc, they release that they are appealing the Takeover Panels decision on behalf of a mistaken "Shareholder".
What a waste of time and shareholders funds.
These directors need to go. Non-performance is not acceptable.
Company project updates are urgently required. Give the shareholders some reason to invest in this company.
Promote not dilute.
Note: A market cap of $145M (110M shares x $1.32)equates to a resource price per tonne of $1.66 (87mt), well below the industry average of ~$4.
