Do you think that if FAS wasn't involved the share price would be below $2? The directors would have better things to do than spend time trying to avoid a hostile and messy takeover by FAS - who are really offering nothing but their shares, which are worth what? because they have what resource?
How many directors would stay on board if FAS was successful? Should they resign too?
