"APPOINTMENT – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Directors are very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alan Senior as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Alan is a consulting engineer with over 30 years of experience in design and project development, mainly associated with the mining and mineral processing industry in Australia. Alan's previous roles included Project Manager for the development of the Cosmos Nickel Mine and the subsequent transition from open cut to underground mining for Jubilee Mines NL after which he joined the Jubilee Mines' Board where he has been a Non-Executive Director since 2003.
Alan's operational and technical experience will add strength to the Tanami Gold Board as the Company progresses the development of the Coyote Gold Project and in particular the Project's underground operations.
The Company also advises that Mr Martin Kavanagh is standing down as a Non-Executive Director effective as of 31 July 2007 due to his fulltime Executive Director commitments at Deep Yellow Limited.
The Board thanks Martin for his significant contribution to the Company in his roles as Exploration Director and Non-Executive Director since his appointment"
