Some shareholders were unclear as to the origins of the appointment of the new director James Gurry.

Here is the confirmation in writing, that the appointment of James Gurry was made in consultation with minority shareholders.

IMHO, that is a very significant statement, because James Gurry is evidently intimately involved on these J/V discussions with BBIG.

So here we have a new director who has no ties or association with Todd or BBIG.
He clearly is genuinely independent.

Why would we not vote for his re-election??
Losing him would simply be self-defeating.
