Both Knl and mns have boards that need to be paid. Ultimately the only way you can value who gets value for money is whether Knl or mns, have over the last ten years created any revenue or profit for shareholders. So far both companies have failed to create any revenue or profit , and therefore both set of shareholders should be very disappointed
