JC78 totally agree with your comments - it was great analysis and good comparison - not to somes liking and obvious where the "backlash" has come from.
as far as R&D goes - really not our issue but from my experience notwithstanding that the website may state that audits are randomly generated they are guided by analysis and comparison within industries and benchmarking techniques developed by the tax office - so IMO it was not randomly generated. anyhow not our issue but thought I would clarify situation from a reality perspective.
AGM will be interesting so if any SH's can put up a summary of matters discussed would be very much appreciated.
