I guess they too can have pressing needs which needs cash attention so not really being critical but more curious.

I was a big FAR holder once until the MD awarded himself what was at the time 7 mil in the money options so I am more curious as to the detail in the employee option share plan.

As the company has been so frugally and excellently run imo it would be hard not to believe the directors deserve a decent return ontop of around 4 mil shares. Some shareholders have that many and have done little to grow the asset for other shareholders.

So not really upset about MM selling some oppies but just a tad curious :)
