Im also curious and when ever a director sells it can be seen by majority of holders as a negative. I am just weighing up all the announcements to date and have to trust my research. Mark still holds a large amount of shares and its good to see he will exercise the rest of his options and have some spending money for himself. Im going to say its well deserved. Thats what I make of the announcement.
If he had of sold more of his holdings I would of been concerned though. I think the placement at 46 cents also points to a good quarterly. I'm looking forward to it. I hope further results from the AC drilling are released within the quarterly and it confirms what we believe they have found. An extremely large REE deposit.
I agree with you in regards to selling after the quarterly..but we dont know what he could be thinking.
