Pete..valuation wise..M Wood locked in 3 million for himself..similar amount of cash for M Maine.
Also you must remember M Wood sold shares that he gained from putting his own hard earned into the company by taking up the entitlement offer. In both circumstances I dont see anything wrong done by either of the two when locking in some cash for themselves. That's the point I was trying to make....but im certain there will be some shareholders who will view it differently.
