i think the price fell after the entitlement announcment because investors knew they were getting their full allocation at 30c so they took profit above that.
i remember there was some concern they would have too much cash and might not spend it wisely or pi$% it up against a wall as some might say..
i would argue cash has been conserved amd spent appropristely. some great product enhancements and addiditonal inventory but the most undervalued investment is in the skill/ expertise and volume of staff onboard. so much that when our military wants to research electronic warfare and AI technologies they come to us.
