I wouldn't call on any pot stocks as "dogs" for now... To be honest, we've seen monumental growth across the industry landscape starting from the last quarter.
Stocks with news, no news, is earning a bit, are mitigating costs, etc. are in the same spin cycle. Industry definitely has future as more and more doors for products are being allowed for major public consumption.
This is not like tech where you have to be the latest or shiniest, companies just need to be smart, and produce quality products and let the market (buyers/patrons/importers/stockers/clinics) decide.
So to me, I'd say, it is just being "heavily" traded, going thru some churn at the moment until some clarity on federal decisions or quarterly reports come around. Heck I might even say buy more, and if you get in low, then make some money. There is money in this industry, being smart with which company to support is key.
