Hi HempCFO,
If this is the case, why has (aside from today) EXL rallied heavily over the last couple of days?
Surely the amount of shares he would be selling would drive the price down (if so then why have so many buyers come out of woodwork to mop up the shares he is selling).
I’ve noticed the volumes have been high but figured given the restriction period this had to be due to traders.
