Mark Smith TRANSFERRED just over 4 million total shares out of approx 40 million total shares to a BENEFICIAL OWNER. About 10% all OFF MARKET.
This was an indirect interest that occurred on 30Jun08. I think the date may be significant. The interest is who is the beneficial owner. This looks like a tax operation. Hardly anything to be worried about. Could be a family member or other vehicle.
Now k band I think you are being deliberately misleading and mischievous in interpreting this as a sale.
I would ignore the interpretation by k band as I believe that he is being disingenuous with his post on this matter and is obviously trying to scare people out of their holdings.
It would be imprudent to sell based on such ill informed diatribe as that provided by k band.
