There is an old Yorkshire saying "There is no fun in nowt" Clive has worked his butt off for a few years now getting the company where it is ready to go big time internationally and unlike other management he got no aditional shares/options. He might want a wad of cash now to do some of the things for himself and his family and the oportunity to get that, WITHOUT dumping, via intitutions happy to take ALL at a fair price. If he takes his 1 for 20 he will still have nearly 2mil FPS and, if they go to $10 + some people say, that will be enough to keep him happy for the rest of his life so good luck to him. It may also be he is not comfortable with this new high profile up and coming international company, he is after all a welder first and foremost, he got the ball rolling and he may now be content to let these whiz kids take it the rest of the way and wants a bit of a spend now.
