Clive is the inventor of the technology, the founder of the company and there is no way he would have sold that many because he needs the money.

Those transactions have just netted him $5.7 million, and if neppy goes where I think it's gonna go in the next 5 years, then another 2 million shares is no doubt enough for him.

There is no reason to not believe what was stated on the front page of that announcement.
