I for one find the news if he has sold out quite disconcerting. What would have been the reaction if he was buying instead of selling - people would have been overjoyed. Yet when he sells (this is if he has sold his whole stake) - it's no big deal.
The simple undeniable fact is why sell your ENTIRE stake when most of us have a belief that the stock is going to break $1 easily this or next year? I certainly understand selling a part stake, but a full stake leaves no upside for the growth of the company.
If he has sold his whole stake it may indicate a difference of opinion and he might move on.
